Bootloader Mode Instructions

  1. Connect the Tab5 to your computer via the USB-C jack
    2. 
                    
  2. Press and hold the Reset button for about 2 seconds until the green LED starts blinking
    3. 
                    
  3. Release the button — the device is now in download mode
    4. 
                    
  4. Click Flash Firmware above and select the Tab5's serial port in the browser prompt
    5. 
                    
  5. After flashing, re-power the device (or press Reset) to boot the new firmware
    6. 
                

                
Web Serial works in Chrome and Edge. The webpage talks directly to the ESP32-P4's USB-Serial/JTAG controller over the USB-C jack — no drivers or extra software needed.
